Investigation and Analysis of the Status Quo of Reference Knowledge Base Construction of University Libraries in China

图书馆参考咨询知识库包括FAQ知识库、参考源知识库和专家信息知识库。目前,我国高校图书馆参考咨询知识库的建设在质量水平、查询利用和更新维护方面还存在一些问题。因此,为了充分发挥参考咨询知识库的作用,我国高校图书馆应该提升知识库的质量、提高知识库的可利用性、促进知识库的可持续发展。

The reference knowledge base of libraries includes FAQ knowledge bases,reference source knowledge bases and expert information databases.At present,there are some problems in the level of quality,the inquiry and utilization and update maintenance of the reference knowledge base construction of university libraries in china.Therefore,in order to give full play to the role of the reference knowledge base,university libraries in china should improve the quality of the knowledge base,raise the availability of the knowledge base and promote the sustainable development of the knowledge base.
