摘要
美国高校图书馆积极探索学术交流服务的新模式,相关机构的政策支持及图书馆间的合作促进了美国高校图书馆学术交流服务。美国高校图书馆设立了专门的学术交流服务部门,学术交流服务内容主要包括开放存取、学术出版、机构知识库、数据管理、版权服务等。鉴于此,我国基金资助机构应助力高校图书馆学术交流服务;图书馆学会应倡导学术交流服务;高校图书馆应提高对学术交流服务工作的重视,联合开展学术交流服务,以推进我国高校学术交流服务的发展。
American university libraries explore new modes of academic exchange services actively.Policy support of relevant agencies and the cooperation among libraries promote academic exchange services of American unversity libraries.American university libraries have set up a special department for academic exchange services,which include the open access,the scholarly publishing,institution repositories,the data management and copyright services,and so on.In this situation,funding agencies should assist university libraries on academic exchange services,the library association should advocate academic exchange services,university libraries should pay more attention to academic exchange services,and make joint in academic exchange services,in order to advance the development of academic exchange services in our country.
