摘要
图书馆微服务理念在微博、微电影、微小说等微实物层出不穷的微时代背景下应运而生,用户的信息需求呈现出时间上零散化、内容上碎片化、形式上强调互动性、信息接收方式趋于移动化的特点。因此,从图书馆服务的微动力、微方式、微内容、微态度和微组织结构5个方面提出图书馆服务的创新策略能更好地满足微时代背景下用户的信息需求。
The concept of the library micro-service appears under the background of the micro-era in which the micro-blog,the micro-film,the micro-fiction emerges in endlessly.Information demands of users become scattered in the time,debris in the content,interactive in the form,and mobile in the trend of receiving information.Therefore,proposing innovative strategies of library services from these five aspects of the micro-power,the micro-way,the micro-content,the micro-attitude and the microorganizational structure,could satisfy information demands of users under the background of the microera more widely.
