摘要 为了研究阿特拉津对雏鸡的急性毒性作用和致突变作用,本试验运用Weil′s方法设计试验,测得阿特拉津对雏鸡的半数致死量(LD50),在此基础上,将雏鸡分为试验组(高、中、低浓度3组)、阴性对照组(生理盐水)、阳性对照组(环磷酰胺),连续染毒9d后采样,取胸骨骨髓,检测骨髓细胞微核率。结果表明,LD50为451mg/kg体重,试验组骨髓细胞微核率与阴性对照组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01),且呈剂量-效应关系,表明阿特拉津对雏鸡骨髓细胞突变有诱变作用。 The purpose was to study the acute toxicity and mutagenicity of expermental atrazine in Chicks. The exerperiment used the method of Well's to obtain the LDs0 of atrazine to chicks. Then chicks were divided into five exerimental groups, the density of which were high level,moderate level,low level, negative control group (sterile saline) and positive control group (cyclophosphamide). Five groups of chicks were administrated with the abovementioned agentia by lavage for nine days,then we used Sternum of the chicks to do the test. And then the micronuclear rate of bone marrow ceils was detected. The results showed that the LD50 of atrazine in chicks was 451mg/kg and the microcleus rest in chicks was positive,at the same time it showed the Dose-response relationship. The conclusion was that atrazine induced the mutation of bone marrow ceils of chicks.
