切削数据库在UG数控编程系统中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 数控编程需要设置一系列的参数,仅依赖编程人员的经验选择和设置这些参数,大大地降低了数控编程的质量和效率。针对这一问题,本文提出了一种基于切削参数对接平台的切削数据库与数控编程系统的融合方法。构建了两者之间的整体融合对接框架,建立了对接平台与数控编程系统及切削数据库的参数映射模型。使用户能借助外部切削数据库强大的功能快速获取最优化的参数,并应用到UG数控编程过程中,最终实现对UG编程模块的增强和数控编程质量的提高。文章最后给出了所开发的切削参数对接平台,验证了方法的实用性和有效性。
