摘要
为探寻畜禽粪水新的处理方法,根据光合细菌的生物学特性,采用光合细菌两段流化床对高浓度有机废水进行处理。试验结果表明:在有机废水浓度最大化学需氧量(COD)不高于10 000 mg/L以及足够光照强度和温度条件下,经过7 d左右连续处理后,COD的去除率达到88.25%,TN的去除率为69.73%,NH3-N的去除率为94.20%,NO3--N的去除率为70.47%,同时,通过光合细菌的作用,有机废水中的有益微生物大量繁殖,并最大程度抑制有害微生物的生长。
According to the biological characteristics of photosynthetic bacteria, two stage fiuidized bed with photosynthetic bacteria for high concentration organic wastewater treatment was adopted to explore the new treatment method of livestock and poultry manure water. The test results show that: after about seven days continuous processing, under the condition of COD not higher than 10 000 mg/L, with enough light intensity and temperature, the removal rate of COD, TN, NH3-N and NO3--N are respectively 88.25%, 69.73%, 94.20% and 70.47%. Meanwhile, through the effect of photosynthesis bacteria, beneficial microbial multiply and the growth of harrnful microorganisms inhibited in the organic wastewater.
