摘要
针对已经量产、产品化的无刷直流电动机,研究了一种新的实用的无刷直流电动机参数辨识方法——直接辨识法。基于电机等效电路的基本特性,研究电机参数辨识策略,为精确控制电机提供控制参数。为验证该辨识方法的有效性,对一个成品电机进行参数辨识仿真,结果表明该辨识方法的优点是实现简单、运算量小、辨识精度可以满足工程要求,并且较传统辨识方法更易实现。
Against the brushless DC motor already in mass production, a new and practical parameter identification method called direct identification method was proposed. Based on the basic characteristics of the motor's equivalent cir- cuit, the motor's parameter identification strategy was studied,which provided control parameters for precise control of mo- tor. In order to verify the effectiveness of this method, a parameter identification simulation of a finished motor was used. The result indicates that this identification method is simple to implement, has a low computation, has recognition accuracy that can meet the engineering requirements, and is easier to be implemented than traditional identification methods.
