硫酸酸解攀西钛精矿技术研究

摘要 为提高攀西钛精矿中钛资源的利用率,系统探讨了硫酸酸解攀西钛精矿的工艺原理、技术参数及热力学。研究结果表明,通过优化反应硫酸浓度、酸矿比、熟化时间等因素可使硫酸酸解攀西钛精矿的酸解率达95%以上。此外钛精矿酸解反应若用98%(质量分数,下同)硫酸与钛精矿预混后,稀释至反应酸浓度引发反应总放热量为1 397.5 kJ/kg,反应剧烈、危险系数大。改用92%硫酸与钛精矿预混引发反应总热量为1 267.4 kJ/kg,能够将反应产物加热到271℃,反应较温和,且其总热量完全满足酸解反应的需求。 In order to improve the utilization of titanium resources in Panxi titanium concentrate, the process principle, tech- nical parameters, and thermodynamics of acidolysis of Panxi titanium concentrate with sulfuric acid have been studied.Re- search results showed that,acidolysis ratio could reach more than 95% by optimizing the reaction factors,such as sulfuric acid concentration, acid/ore ratio, and curing time.In addition, if use 98% (mass fraction, same below) sulfuric acid to pre-mix with titanium concentrate, total heat release, aroused by dilution to the reaction concentration, was 1 397.5 kJ/kg, and the re- action was violent and dangerous.However,if use 92% sulfuric acid,the total heat release was 1 267.4 kJ/kg,which could heat the product to 271℃, the reaction was mild and total heat could totally meet the requirements of acidolysis reaction.
