摘要
利用造纸厂锅炉尾气中的二氧化碳联合生产造纸专用轻质碳酸钙(PCC)的新工艺,既回收和减排了二氧化碳废气,又满足了造纸过程对无机填料的需求,从而降低了生产成本。同时,PCC生产过程中产生的大量弱碱性废水又可作为锅炉尾气脱硫剂和造纸废水处理剂,使传统造纸过程与PCC生产过程实现优势互补,一方面促使传统纸厂实现"三废"零排放或无害化排放的目标,同时产生了良好的经济效益和社会效益,值得深入研究。
A new technology that utilizing C02from the boiler off-gas of paper making factory to jointly produce special pre- cipitated calcium carbonate (PCC) for paper making was introduced.Not only the C02 emission was reduced and recovered, but also the demand of inorganic packing for paper making process was met and the production cost was reduced.At the same time, a lot of weak alkaline waste water from the PCC production process will be a very good boiler off-gas desulfurizer and paper effluent treatment agent.As the traditional paper making process and PCC production process have complementary ad- vantages ,on the one hand ,the target of zero discharge 'three wastes' or harmless emissions of the traditional paper factory will be realized, and on the other, good economic benefit and social benefit will be produced.It is worthy of further study.
