为了顺利纺制JC/Modal 50/50 14.8 tex色纺纱,并降低成纱色结,优选了配色所需的着色纤维原料及纺纱原料的混和方式,对染色Modal纤维进行纺前预处理,各工序选择适宜的纺纱专件以及采取针对性的技术措施等,最终纺制出满足质量要求的小比例色纺纱。认为:选择Modal散纤维染色方案生产精梳棉Modal小比例色纺纱,成纱色结少,能得到较好的布面效果。

To spun JC/Modal 50/50 14. 8 tex color yam successfully and reduce yam color neps, color fiber raw material and blending style of spinning raw material were optimized. Dyed Modal fiber was pre-treated. Proper spinning special components were selected and technology measures were adopted accordingly. Finally quality demands of the col- ored spun yarn can be reached. It is considered that bulk fiber dyeing was used on Modal fiber,the yarn color neps is less, the fabric style is better.
