摘要
探讨再生麻纤维与粘胶纤维混纺纱的纺纱工艺。针对混纺纤维的性能特点,纺前需对再生麻纤维进行预处理,开清棉工序重点减少纤维损伤;并条工序采用"大隔距、适宜后区牵伸、较低速度"的工艺原则,以改善熟条条干均匀度;粗纱捻系数偏大掌握,以减少意外牵伸;细纱后区牵伸偏大掌握,优选钢丝圈型号;络筒工序合理设置清纱参数,最终成功纺制出再生麻/粘胶60/40 14.5 tex混纺纱,其成纱质量满足了使用要求。
Spinning processing of regenerated hemp viscose blended yarn was discussed. According to blended fi- ber property, regenerated bast fiber was pre-treated to reduce injury in opening and picking process. In drawing process, processing principle of larger gauge suitable draft in back zone lower speed was adopted to improve sliver evenness. In roving process, twist factor was larger slightly to reduce accident draft. In spinning process, draft in back zone was larger, ring traveler should be optimized. In winding process, yarn cleaning parameter was selected rationally. Finally regenera- ted bast/viscose 60/40 14. 5 tex blended yarn can be spun successfully, the quality can reach use demends.
