酸水解魔芋飞粉最佳工艺条件优化的研究

Research in the Optimum Conditions of Hydrolyzing Konjac Fly Powder with Hydrochloric Acid

摘要 采用单因素和正交试验的方法对盐酸水解魔芋飞粉的盐酸浓度,液固比,时间和温度等条件进行优化。结果表明最佳反应条件:盐酸浓度为7 mol/L,液固比(V∶m)为15∶1,时间为150 min,温度为70℃时,还原糖得率达40.104%。研究为进一步利用盐酸水解魔芋飞粉生产酒精奠定了基础。 In this study, the optimal conditions of konjac fly powder hydrolyzedby hydrochloric acid were established by single factor test and orthogonal experiment, including concentration of hydrochloric acid, liquid/solid ratio, hydrolyzing time and hydro- lyzing temperature. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: concenlration of hydrochloric acid 7 mol/L, liquid/solid (V: m) ratio 15 : 1, time 150 min, and temperature 70 %. Under these optimum conditions, reducing sugar yield is 42%. The present study established a foundation for ethanol production by konjac fly powder hydrolyzed by hydrochloric acid.
