摘要
以β-环糊精为壁材,采用单因素试验和正交试验对超声法制备香薷挥发油微胶囊的工艺进行了优化。试验结果表明,最佳工艺条件为壁材芯材比12 g/g、超声功率100 W、包埋温度60℃和包埋时间80 min,在此条件下实际包埋率为80.74%。该方法简单可行,是一种制备香薷挥发油微胶囊的较好方法。
micro encapsulation of oil ofmoslae herba was by as the wall materials, according to the single factor experiments and orthogonal experiment design. The results indicated that the best ratio of core material to the wall material, the ulWasonic power, the temperatum and the time were 12 g/g, 100 W, 60℃ and 80 min, respectively. Under the above-mentioned conditions, the actual embedding rote was 80.74%. This method was simple, efficient and suitable for preparing the micro encapsulation of volatile oil of moslae herba.
