摘要
阐述了以麦芽糖醇、木糖醇为主要原料的保健糖果工艺流程、生产操作要点及主要设备选型,同时介绍了保健糖果车间平面布局方案、车间功能分区以及GMP在设计中的应用。
Health candy was developed using maltitol and xylitol. This study described the production process and major equipment selection of the health candy. The character of shop layout program, workshop function zoning and the application of GMP in the design were discussed for the industry manufacture.
