摘要
研究板栗壳不同溶剂提取物的抗氧化活性。采用羟自由基、超氧阴离子自由基、还原性及脂质过氧化反应体系,借助紫外分光光度法测定板栗壳正己烷、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇四种提取物在不同质量浓度下的抗氧化能力。正丁醇提取物清除羟自由基的能力和抗脂质过氧化的能力最强,而乙酸乙酯提取物和氯仿提取物则表现出较强的还原能力和清除超氧阴离子自由基的能力。说明板栗壳提取物有较强的抗氧化能力。
Abstract The antioxidant activities of different solvent extracts fi'om Fagaceae Cownea Mill shells were explored. In the reaction systems of. OH, ·O2, reducibility and lipid peroxidation, the antioxidant activities of different solvent extracts (n-hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate and n-butanol) at different concentrations were evaluated by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer. The n-butanol extract could scavenge most .OH and its anti-lipid peroxidation were stronger than any other test sample. The ethyl acetate extract and chloroform exlract showed stronger reducibility and ability of scavenging ·O2. The extracts of Fagaceae Castanea Mill shells showed stronger antioxidant activity.
