摘要
从富含腐殖质的土壤样品中分离到一批纤维素分解菌株。通过刚果红平板染色及滤纸条崩解试验初筛,得到6株透明圈较大且使滤纸条产生崩解的菌株,将这6株菌株再进行液体摇瓶培养,用DNS法进行酶活测定得到1株纤维素降解能力较强的菌株,并命名为C2-10。酶活测定结果表明该菌株的羧甲基纤维素酶活(CMCase)为65.89 U/mL,滤纸酶活(Fpase)为18.10 U/mL,β-葡萄糖苷酶活(β-Gase)为39.08 U/mL。
A group of cellulose-decomposing strains were isolated from rich humus soil. Six strains with disintegration effect of filter paper piece and bigger transparent circles were selected by cultured on plates of Congo red dying and in liquid medium with filter paper in primary screening. Then these six strains were cultured by fermentation and their enzyme activities were determined by DNS method, then one strain with stronger enzyme activity was got and named C2-10. The enzyme activity results showed that the carboxymethyl-cellulase activity of this strain was 65.89 U/mL, β-glucosaccharase activity was 39.08 U/mL and filter paper enzyme activity was 18.10 U/mL.
