摘要
近年来,随着珠江三角洲各地区创新产出的普遍提高,创新产出在空间上呈现日趋集聚的现象,区域之间创新能力的差别也越来越明显。应用TOP1指数及泰尔指数等方法,以专利授权量代表创新产出,选取研发投入等指标,建立计量经济模型,测度了珠江三角洲九个城市之间创新产出的分布不均衡情况,并深入探究其内在原因。研究结果表明:研发经费和研发人员投入、外商直接投资(FDI)对创新产出有显著的正向影响,而集聚效应却与创新产出呈弱的负相关。最后提出政策建议。
The regional technological innovation outputs is tended to gather in spac in recent years as the innovation ability of Pearl River Delta is improving fast. By adopting method of TOP1 index and Theil index, the paper uses number of pa- tents to measure innovation outputs and selects several indexes including R&D investment as the indicator to setup econo- metric model, and measures the difference of innovation outputs among 9 cities in Pearl River Delta from 2005 to 2010. The article also investigates the root cause. The result shows that R&D funding and research staff, foreign direct investment pro- duce positive effects on innovation outputs significantly, but there is a weak negative correlation between agglomeration and innovation outputs. Finally, the article puts forward policy suggestions.
