界定专利能力的概念后分析了知识密集型企业拥有专利能力的必要性,导入知识产权管理循环模型帮助知识密集型企业构建专利能力;进而运用PPM模型对知识密集型企业的专利分布进行研究,并依据模型对专利能力进行量化评价;最后结合实例进行专利能力量化的实证分析。

The paper studies the patent capacity of knowledge - intensive enterprises. It defines the concept of patent ca- pacity, and then analyzes the need for knowledge - intensive enterprises to possess patent capacity. The paper adopts the model of intellectual property management cycle to help knowledge - intensive enterprises to build patent capacity. Further- more, the paper chooses Portfolio Patent Management （PPM） model to study the patent distribution of knowledge - inten- sive enterprises and evaluate patent capacity of knowledge - intensive enterprises. The paper finally ends up with some ex- amples.
