资源环境约束下的陕西装备制造业技术效率研究

Environmental Resources under the Restriction of Shaanxi Equipment Manufacture Technology Efficiency Study

装备制造业对陕西省工业经济发展具有重要的影响。引进资源环境约束指标,采用数据包络分析法(DEA)对陕西装备制造业7个行业2001—2010年来的工业技术效率值进行测算,发现近年来发展比较迅猛的专用设备制造业及交通运输设备制造业在发展过程中与资源、环境的协调性较差。

Equipment manufacturing industry is very important to the development of industrial economy of Shaanxi prov- ince. The essay introduces confinement index of resource and environment and adopts the Data Envelopment Analysis （DEA） to assess the industry technological efficiency of seven sectors of Shaanxi＇ s equipment manufacturing industry from 2001 to 2010. The paper discovers that in recent years, the rapid developing special and transport equipment manufacturing coordinate poorly with the resources and environment during the development process.
