摘要
国际人才作为通晓国际惯例的综合性人才,是经济发展不可忽视的首要因素之一,因此如何保留国际人才也成为各个国家、区域乃至企业应该不断探索的关键性问题。国际人才各个方面存在的差异,决定了其保留策略的差异性。天津滨海新区作为我国经济发展的第三个增长极,对国际人才的需求逐年增长,针对滨海新区国际人才差异性的保留策略,是滨海新区经济持续增长的有力保障。
International talent as proficient in international practice comprehensive talent is one of the important factors that can not be ignored in economic development. So how to retain the talents has become the key issue that all countries, re- gions and enterprises should continue to explore. The individual differences of international talent decide its retention strate- gies. Binhai new area as the third growth pole in the development of our country economy demands international talents for years. The retention strategy for international talent' s differences in Binhai new area is the guarantee of sustainable eco- nomic growth to Binhai new area.
