摘要
专利资源的拥有量是国家科技创新能力的重要表征。基于美国专利商标局的专利数据,对G20国(除欧盟外,为G19国)的美国授权专利进行统计与分析,从而对全球主要国家的专利布局和科技创新力做出分析与比较,据此从科技创新力国际地位的角度总结其特征,并针对后进国家提出技术跨越发展的追赶策略。
Ownership of the patent resource is an important symbol of the national scientific and technological innovation capability. The study applies statistic methods to analyze U. S. granted patents distribution of G20 (actually G19 apart from EU) , and compares scientific and technological innovation of G19 based on patent indicators. Accordingly it summari- zes their features from the view of the countries ' international status of technology innovative point. In the conclusion, tech- nological leapfrog strategy of the developing countries catching - up developed countries is put forward.
