乌鲁木齐地区无偿献血者HBV核酸检测结果分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的了解乌鲁木齐地区无偿献血人群乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染的状况和无偿献血者的血液经酶免疫检测法(ELISA)筛查乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)的感染状况,探讨采用核酸扩增技术(NAT)对血液进行筛查的可行性,以进一步改进献血者筛查方法,降低输血传播疾病残余风险。方法采用2种不同试剂厂家的ELISA试剂对无偿献血者血液进行HBsAg筛查,采用核酸扩增检测(NAT)血筛系统检测无偿献血者血的HBV DNA;并对ELISA检测阴性,HBV DNA阳性标本进行确认和追踪分析,以确定血清学感染状况。结果共筛查2011年3~10月乌鲁木齐地区无偿献血者14 696名,HBsAg阳性率为0.52%(76/14 696);HBV DNA阳性率0.22%(32/14696);检出2例HBV DNA阳性标本,经过追踪分析,第1例发生了血清学转换,为"窗口期"感染,第2例无血清学转换,但乙肝核心抗体持续阳性,为隐匿性乙型肝炎。结论 ELISA检测后血液安全性有了很好的保障,但是依然存在输血传播疾病残余风险,NAT检测可降低输血残余风险,从而提高输血安全。
