摘要
能源可持续发展对于我国长期经济社会可持续发展至关重要。然而目前能源可持续发展的定义和量化标准尚不明确。本研究以我国能源系统各环节特点为基础,综合考虑了经济社会、资源环境、技术进步、政策影响等因素,提出了针对能源可持续发展的情景分析和量化评价方法,并对2000-2020年中国能源发展可持续的历程和趋势进行了评价。
Sustainable energy development is of significance to China＇s development on economy and society in the long run. However, the definition and quantitative evaluation standards of sustainable energy development are not so clear. The research takes various factors into account, such as economy and society development, restrict of resources and en- vironment, technology improvement, and policy implication. Based on the characteristics of each aspect of China＇s ener- gy system, the analysis and quantitative evaluation method and scenarios for sustainable energy development, and 2000 -2020 history and trends of sustainable energy development are evaluated.
