定向多孔陶瓷的制备及其孔隙研究 被引量:1

摘要 以Al2O3、SiO2和Na2O.SiO2为原料,明胶为粘结剂制备陶瓷浆料,采用冷冻干燥法制备了定向多孔陶瓷,研究了陶瓷浆料固含量、冷冻温度和烧结温度对多孔陶瓷孔隙率、收缩率和微观结构的影响。结果表明,采用冷冻干燥法可成功的制备出定向多孔陶瓷材料,通过控制工艺参数可以调整材料的孔隙结构和性能,调节浆料固含量可实现对孔隙率的控制,调节烧结温度可改变陶瓷的收缩率,调节冷冻温度可实现对孔尺寸的控制,从而得到满足需要的陶瓷材料。 The raw materials were mixed with distilled water at certain ratios to obtain stable water-based slurry, glutin was added as sticking reagent. Directionally porous ceramics were synthesized from water-based slurry by freeze- dry process. The effect of slurry concentration, the freezing temperature and the sintering temperature on the porosity and microstructure of porous ceramic was studied. It proves that directionally porous ceramics can be successfully pre- pared by freeze-drying method. By controlling the technical parameters, including slurry concentration, the freezing tem perature and the sintering temperature, the pore structure and properties can be adjusted to satisfy the needs.
