摘要
主要通过与环氧沥青混凝土、SMA沥青混凝土对比分析,研究不同温度(-10~60℃)下环氧铺装材料的断裂力学性能。采用小梁三点弯曲试验分析温度对上述三种材料弯曲强度、最大弯曲应变、弯曲劲度模量和断裂应变能密度的影响。试验结果表明环氧铺装材料的温度依赖性与SMA沥青混凝土和环氧沥青混凝土相似,其弯曲强度和劲度模量介于环氧沥青混凝土与SMA沥青混凝土之间,但其低温弯曲性能和抗裂纹扩展性能优于上述两种材料。
The fracture properties of thin epoxy overlay materials were investigated by comparison with epoxy as- phalt concrete and SMA asphalt concrete at different temperatures ranging from --10 ℃ to 60 ℃. Three--point ben ding testing was performed and the obtained results on flexural strength, maximum flexural strain, flexural stiffness and strain energy density were investigated. Test results showed that thin epoxy overlay materials have a temperature dependency similar to epoxy asphalt concrete and SMA asphalt concrete. The flexural strength and flexural stiffness are between those of epoxy asphalt concrete and SMA asphalt concrete. However, the low-temperature flexural property and cracking resistance are better compared with the above-mentioned concretes.
