摘要
通过除铁探索试验及在安徽凤阳地区某石英砂加工厂的应用实践,SCT型非金属除铁磁选机完全适用于非金属矿的除铁工作。该磁选机长时间运转槽体不淤积、不堵矿,并在工业试验取得明显成效,可将原矿中铁含量从0.11%降低到0.02%,石英砂精矿含铁量较普通磁选机降低0.03%,满足客户指标要求。
SCT type magnetic separator for non-metallic deferrization fully adapts iron removing mission ：for nonmetallic ore in iron removing experimental tests and field runs in a quartz sand processing plant in Fengyang Area,An- hui province. SCT type magnetic separator without any deposits or chokes inside the tank for a long time,and reaches a significant achievement during industrial tests,which reduced the iron content of ore from 0. 11 percent to 0. 02 percent and proved a 0. 03 percent lower iron content of fined quartz sand than normal magnetic separators.
