摘要 粉末注射成形制造的零件具有形状复杂、性能可靠、成本低廉等特点,尤其是在生产批量的复杂小零件中有着其他成形工艺无法比拟的优势。该文总结了前人的研究,介绍了粉末注射成形的优缺点及当前的发展方向,并重点讨论了粉末注射成形在不锈钢零件生产中的应用。 Metal powder injection molding(MIM) is a versatile technology capable of producing complex, small and near net shape parts, especially in producing of batch products with reliable properties and low cost. On the basis of re- view previous achievements,this paper introduced the advantages and the disadvantages,proposed the main trends and directions and emphatically discussed the application in the production of stainless steel parts of MIM.
