摘要
该文从产学研协同创新的核心内容出发,在原有模式的基础上,凝聚区域性人才、产业和科研优势,面向社会和产业问题,提出加强产学研结合,实现资源共享,构建"1(学校)+3(行业材料、交通和汽车)>4"的高层次创新应用型人才培养的互动模式,最终形成教学管理规范和质量评价制度,健全大学、学院二级教学质量的保障体系。
This article is built on the basic requirements of collaborative innovation from ＂Enterprise, Academic and Research＂, and is on the basis of the original model, condensation regional talent, industry and research strengths, facing social and industrial problems. Then we propose the new model which strengthen the integrity of ＂Enterprise, Academic and Research＂, and sharing resources, build in ＂1 （school） -I- 3 （industry） ：〉 4 ＂high-level innovative applied talents training a new interaction model, ultimately form the teaching management specification and quality evaluation system, improve the university and the college teaching quality guarantee system.
