在工业生产中NH_3氧化制HNO_3目前仍采用铂网催化剂。我们曾对稀土、过渡金属复合氧化物A_(1-x)A′_xBO_3型催化剂进行了一系列研究,其A,A′是碱土和稀土金属,B是Co,Fe,Mn,Ni等过渡金属元素。这类催化剂不仅活性高,HNO_3的单收率可达98%以上,而且具有良好的稳定性,但其寿命不如铂金.
The influence of the physico-chemical properties caused by the partial substitution of transition metals, V , Cu , Fe , Ni and W , for the B site of La1-xCexCo1-yBr,O3+δ catalysts on the catalytic activity and sulfur resistant behavior was investigated by using X-ray diffraction analysis, IR spectroscopy and DTA-TG.It was found that the sulfur resistant performance of 6-Cr catalyst surpassed, that of the accepted Rc--112 catalyst. The poisonous mechanism by sulfur v/as discussed.
