摘要
目的:建立大兴安岭地区五味子的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,C18色谱柱,以乙腈-水系统梯度洗脱,检测波长210nm,柱温35℃,流速1mL/min。结果:共标示出18个共有峰。结论:此方法简单准确,重现性好,为大兴安岭地区五味子质量控制标准提供了参考依据。
Objective:To eatablish the method of fingerprint analysis on schisandra fruit by HPLC.Methods:The HPLC method was used,chromatography condition were C18 column,acetonitrile H2O system as mobile phase,detective wavelength at 210nm,column tempetature at 35℃,flow velocity at 1ml/min.Results:18 peaks on the HPLC fingerprint of schisandra fruit were marked.Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate,reproducible,which provide a reference for Daxing'anling region of schisandra fruit quality control standards.
