人参叶中总皂苷及人参皂苷Rg1、Re含量测定 被引量:12

摘要 目的:研究人参叶中总皂苷及人参皂苷Rg1、Re的含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,以人参皂苷Re为对照品,香草醛-冰醋酸-高氯酸为显色剂,测定人参叶总皂苷的含量;采用HPLC法测定人参皂苷Rg1、Re的含量。结果:人参叶中总皂苷、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re分别在25.2~151.2μg、0.510~5.10μg、1.020~10.20μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为99.53%(RSD=2.00%,n=6),99.02%(RSD=2.07%,n=6)和100.16%(RSD=2.67%,n=6)。结论:该方法重复性好,结果准确、可靠,为人参叶的质量控制提供了一定的参考。 Objective: To study the determination of the total ginsenosides and ginsenoside Rgl, Re in ginseng leaves. Methods: UV VIS spectrophotometry was used to determine the total ginsenosides, HPLC was used to determin ginsenoside Rgl and Re. Results : The calibration curves were separately linear of the total ginsenosides and ginsenoside Rgl ,Re between 25.2%151.2%g,0. 510 5.10 9g, 1.020 % 10.20 9g. The average recoveries of the total ginsenosides and ginsenoside Rgl, Re were 99.53 % (RSD= 2.00 %, n=6),99.02%(RSD=2.07%,n=6)and 100.16%(RSD=2.67%,n=6), respectively. Conclusion:The method is accurate and reproducible. It is helpful to control the quality of ginseng leaves.
