燃油带电荷辅助雾化的激光全息摄影研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用发动机点火线圈次级电压作为脉冲电源 ,在发动机稳流气道试验台上模拟 1 75单缸机的进气 ,用 YSC— 1型运动粒子瞬态激光全息测试仪拍摄了燃油油滴带电雾化和不带电雾化的粒子全息图 ,经再现后得到实际的粒子图 ,编制了专用软件进行粒子图像处理和粒径统计分布 ,统计结果证明燃油油滴带电后粒子粒径约减少了 3/4倍左右 。 This paper uses secondary voltage of engine ignition coil as pulsating power supply to make fuel carried charges.Fuel atomization of 175 engine is simulated at engine air channel experimental table.Holography of fuel carrying charges and fuel not carrying charges are gained by using YSC 1 model moving particle instantaneous laser holography tester.Fuel drop picture is gained by reappearing the holograms.By making special software to deal with the picture and count fuel drop radium,it is concluded that fuel drop average radium of carrying charges decrease about four times than that of not carrying charges.
