摘要
幼儿园教师的情绪劳动既有助于其工作的开展,也可能造成其自身情绪耗竭,从而产生职业倦怠。为分析幼儿园教师情绪劳动的基本结构,研究者通过事先访谈和半开放式问卷调查.并借鉴国内外已有研究成果,编制了相应问卷。研究者使用问卷对764名幼儿园教师进行了调查,并对问卷作了探索性和验证性因子分析。结果表明,幼儿园教师的情绪劳动结构呈多层次、多维度特点,一阶结构由10因子组成,二阶结构由4因子组成。进一步统计检验表明.一阶和二阶因子拟合良好,表明研究者建构的幼儿园教师情绪劳动理论结构较合理,可作为进一步研究幼儿园教师情绪劳动问题的工具。
Emotional labor can either help in kindergarten teachers' work or cause emotional exhaustion, and then, possibly, job burnout. To analyze the basic structure of emotional labor for kindergarten teachers, the researchers, having conducted interview and literature review, designed a questionnaire and surveyed 764 kindergarten teachers. Pretest and test for accessing the construct validity of the scale are also conducted with exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The results show that the emotional labor of kindergarten teachers is a multi-hierarchical and multi-dimensional structure, which has ten first-hierarchy dimensions and four second-hierarchy dimensions. Further examination of the data shows a rather good fit between the data and the model, which indicates that the theoretical structure of kindergarten teachers' emotional labor constructed by the researchers has good reliability and validity and could be a useful tool for further study in related fields.
