幼儿园教师职后教育现状调查与分析——以江苏泰州市为例

A Survey on the Status Quo of In-service Education of Kindergarten Teachers:Taking Taizhou of Jiangsu for Example

职后教育是加快幼儿园教师专业成长、提高其整体素质的重要途径。江苏泰州市幼儿园教师职后教育存在民办园教师职后教育机会较少，教育类型较为传统，教育频率不高，经费投入不足等问题。提高幼儿园教师职后教育质量可采取整合职后教育课程内容，大力帮扶民办园教师接受职后教育，制订并实施教师职后教育规划，设立教师职后教育专项基金等措施。

In-service education is an important way of promoting kindergarten teachers＇ professional development and improving their overall qualities. Taizhou kindergarten teachers＇ in-service education shows some problems including insufficient opportunities for teachers＇ in-service education, too traditional education types, low education frequency and insufficient investment. To improve the quality of teachers＇ in-service education, some measures must be taken such as integrating the content of curriculum, supporting in-service education for those teachers from private kindergartens, making and publishing plan for in-service education, and establishing special fund for teachers＇ in-service education.
