摘要
职后教育是加快幼儿园教师专业成长、提高其整体素质的重要途径。江苏泰州市幼儿园教师职后教育存在民办园教师职后教育机会较少,教育类型较为传统,教育频率不高,经费投入不足等问题。提高幼儿园教师职后教育质量可采取整合职后教育课程内容,大力帮扶民办园教师接受职后教育,制订并实施教师职后教育规划,设立教师职后教育专项基金等措施。
In-service education is an important way of promoting kindergarten teachers' professional development and improving their overall qualities. Taizhou kindergarten teachers' in-service education shows some problems including insufficient opportunities for teachers' in-service education, too traditional education types, low education frequency and insufficient investment. To improve the quality of teachers' in-service education, some measures must be taken such as integrating the content of curriculum, supporting in-service education for those teachers from private kindergartens, making and publishing plan for in-service education, and establishing special fund for teachers' in-service education.
