Application of Propofol Remifentanil Fast-track Anesthesia in Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection

摘要 目的:探讨快通道麻醉用于内镜粘膜下剥离术的可行性。方法:对99例上消化道异型增生、早癌、良性病变需要行经口粘膜下剥离术患者,行气管插管全麻,静脉复合应用异丙酚、瑞芬太尼、维库溴铵。记录检查前、中、后血压、心率、血氧饱和度的数值,以及患者复苏情况和不良反应。结果:99例接受治疗的患者血压、心率、血氧饱和度在检查前、中、后均无明显变化,生命体征均处于安全范围,安全的完成治疗。结论:快通麻醉下行内镜粘膜下剥离是一种安全有效的方法。 Objective: To investigate the feasibility of fast-track anesthesia used for endoscopic mucosal dissection. Methods: 99 patients with gastrointestinal dysplasia or early cancer or benign lesions and needed the treatment of endoscopic mucosal dissection were treated by general anesthesia with tracheal intubation, and with combined intravenous application of Propofol, Remifentanil, Vecuronium introveinous. The patients' blood pressure, the heart rate, the value of blood oxygen saturation, the recovery profile of anesthesia and the adverse reactions during preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative period were recorded. Results: The blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen saturation of the 99 cases had no significant change during preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative period, and the vital signs of the 99 patients who completed treatments safely are all in safe range. Conclusion: The fast-track anesthesia for endoscopic submucosal dissection is a safe and effective method.
