医院财务管理中的相关问题分析

Analysis of the Problems in Hospital Financial Management

目的:探讨医院财务管理工作中存在的问题及对策。方法:对医院的财务管理工作中存在的问题进行分析研究,针对工作中出现及可能出现的问题探寻出相应的解决预防措施。结果:医院财务管理是维持医院正常运转的一项重要工作,然而目前医院财务管理仍未得到足够的重视,医院资金管理不科学、不规范,财务管理人员缺乏足够的风险管理意识或财务部门缺乏专业的管理人员,使得不能最大限度的发挥医院的社会效益及经济效益。结论:医院需对财务管理工作存在的不足针对性的制定相关解决办法,以提高医院财务管理水平。

Objective： To explore the existing problems in hospital financial management, and to seek for The problems in hospital financial management were analyzed to find out the preventive measure that may deal with the existing and emerging problems in the daily work. Results： Hospital financial management was an important part of hospital work. However, there were still man）＇ problems in the hospital financial management, such as a lack of enough attention, proper management and enough professional personnel, all affected the social benefit and economic benefit of hospital. Conclusion： Hospitals need to formulate the solutions according to the weak point in financial management work to improve the level of financial management control.
