某院抗抑郁药应用情况的分析

Analysis of Antidepressants Application in A Hospital

目的为了解本院抗抑郁药的应用情况及抗抑郁药的用药趋势。方法统计本院2008～2011年的应用数据,以用药频度(DDDs)和用药同步性(总金额排序/DDDs排序的比值)作为指标进行统计与分析。结果本院临床应用第二代抗抑郁药DDDs所占比例逐年递增,而经典第一代抗抑郁药三环类DDDs所占比例日趋减少,并且用药同步性接近或等于1。结论本院第二代抗抑郁药已成为抗抑郁治疗的一线药品。

Objective To understand the antidepressant application situation and the development trend of the antidepressant drugs. Methods The antidepressant application data from 2008 -2011 were collected. The frequency （DDDs） and synchronicity （the total amount sorting/DDDs sorting） were used as indicators for statistics and analysis. Results The proportion of clinical application of second-generation antidepressants DDDs increased year by year in the hospital, while the proportion of first generation of tricyclic antidepressants and classic DDDs increasingly reduced. The synchronicity was close to or equal to 1. Conclusion The second-generation antidepressants has become the first-line antidepressant in the hospital.
