持续质量改进在某院病区药品管理中的应用

Application of Continuous Quality Improvement in Management of Ward Medicine

目的加强病区药品管理,保证药品质量,确保临床用药安全。方法在病区药品管理中引入持续质量改进(CQI)理论,成立病区药品管理CQI小组,评估目前病区药品管理质量现状并进行原因分析,建立病区药品质量监测考核指标并根据指标评估效果。结果实行一系列的CQI措施后,病区药品管理质量明显提高,取得满意效果。结论持续质量改进可以提高服务质量和工作效率,减低成本,提高组织的竞争力,有助于病区药品管理质量的不断提升。

Objective To strengthen the management of ward medicines, to ensure the quality of medicines and the safety of clinical medicine. Methods The theory of continuous quality improvement （CQI） was employed into the management of ward medicines, a CQI group of the management of ward medicines was established, which assessed the current quality status of the management of ward medicines and analyze its reasons, and select the monitoring indicators for the quality of ward medicines and to evaluate the effect according to the indicators. Results The quality of the management of ward medicines improved obviously with a series of CQI measures. Conclusion CQI can improve service quality and efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the competitiveness of the organization, and can help to improve the quality of ward medicines administration.
