社区高血压患者用药的依从性调查

Investigation on Medication Compliance of Community Patients with Hypertension

目的探讨社区高血压患者用药情况、用药依从性及影响因素。方法选择本社区2008-02～2010-02健康档案数据库中已经建档的经上级医院确诊的高血压患者100例资料进行回顾性分析,对患者的用药行为进行调查。结果 100例高血压患者中,不按时服药和自行停药的患者占较高比例。服药依从性差的主要原因为感觉病情不重、无需用药,事务繁忙,药费太贵,无明显疗效等。患者的性别、年龄等因素对服药依从性的影响无显著意义;文化程度和服药次数对患者服药依从性的影响有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论社区高血压患者服药依从性偏低,应加强用药依从性教育及干预,以达到防治高血压的目的。

Objective TO investigate the medication, medication compliance of community hypertension patients, and the influencing factors. Methods A total of 100 cases of hypertensive patients in the community health file database from February 2008 to February 2010 were selected and analyzed retrospectively, to investigate the behavior of patients medication. Results Of the 100 patients with hypertension, patients did not take medicine on time and withdrawal of drugs by patients accounted for a high proportion. The main reasons of poor medication compliance were as follow ： feeling of illness was not serious, did not need take medicine, too busy to take medicine, the drugs price were too expensive, non-obvious curative effect. The gender, age and other factors of patients＇ had no significant influence on the drug compliance, while education level and medication times had significant effect on the compliance of patients （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Compliance in community patients with hypertension is low. Education and intervention of patients with hypertension should be strengthened, to achieve the purpose of prevention and treatment of hypertension.
