摘要
探讨以发热为主要表现的肝癌的诊断与治疗,提高诊断准确率。回顾性分析了我院近6年多收治的12例以发热为主要表现的肝癌病例。以发热为主要表现的肝癌在临床表现上与肝脓肿相似,容易误诊、延误病情,正确的鉴别二者,及时作出正确诊断对治疗及预后有重要意义。
To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer which mainly displays fever and improve the diagnostic accurancy. A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 158 cases of liver cancer with the main performance of fever. The liver cancer with fever as the main manifestation is similar to liver abscess, it is easy to misdiagnose and delaye. Making the discrimination and early diagnosis is crucial for patients to re- ceive immediate therapy and improved prognosis.
