无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭临床观察

目的探讨无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法将我院2010年2月2012年2月收治的COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者84例随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在此基础上联合无创呼吸机辅助治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗后PaCO2明显降低,PaO2明显升高,且观察组变化更为显著,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭疗效显著,可明显改善患者通气功能,提高PaO2,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmo- nary disease （COPD） combined with type II respiratory failure noninvasive ventilator. Methods COPD com- bined with type II respiratory failure patients admitted to our hospital, from February 2010 to February 2012 84 cases were randomly divided into a control group and the observation group and the control group to take the conventional treatment, observation group on the basis of combined noninvasive ventilator auxiliary treatment, comparing two groups of patients with clinical therapeutic effect. Results After treatment PaC02 significantly decreased, Pa02 was significantly higher and more significant changes in the observation group, there were sig- nificant differences （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion COPD with type 1I respiratory failure, a significant effect, can significantly improve the patient＇s ventilatory function, improve the Pa02 worthy of promotion and application.
