摘要
为了解肾切除原因，回顾分析过去１０ 年所行的肾切除４２ 例。结果发现切除肾脏的原因主要是肾结核１４ 例，肾脏肿瘤１０ 例，肾及输尿管结石９ 例，肾盂输尿管交界处狭窄（ ＵＰＪＯ）３ 例，其他６ 例。对病因进行分析讨论，探讨尽可能避免肾切除的防治措施。
In order to investigate the causes of nephrectomy, 42 nephrectomized patients in our hospital in the past 10 years were retrospectively analyzed. Results showed that it mainly due to renal tuberculosis (14 cases), kidney tumors (10 cases), calculus of kidney and the ureter (9 cases), stricture of ureteropelvic junction (3 casesa), six cases induced by the other. It was also discussed that the preventive means to avoid nephrectomy.
