摘要 【目的】比较不同产量水平小豆叶片的光合指标,为小豆的高产优质栽培提供科学依据。【方法】以夏播区高产小豆品种"保200112-20"和低产品种"白红5号"、"苏红02-11"为材料,研究不同产量水平小豆开花结荚期主茎各开花节位功能叶片的光合特性。【结果】小豆植株开花后,随着叶片的衰老,各功能叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、叶片水分利用效率(WUE)均逐渐下降,但胞间CO2浓度(Ci)逐渐上升;同一时期不同开花节位叶片的光合性能自上而下逐渐降低,高产品种"保200112-20"的光合性能明显高于低产品种"白红5号"和"苏红02-11"。相关分析表明,小豆籽粒产量与开花后各节位功能叶片的平均Pn、Gs、Tr和WUE呈极显著或显著正相关,与Ci呈显著负相关。【结论】高产小豆品种叶片的光合能力明显高于低产小豆品种,为其获得高产奠定了生理基础。 [Objective] The aim was to explore photosynthetic indexes in leaves of adzuki beans with different yields to improve the cultivation of new varieties with high yield and quality. [Method] The study was conducted using the leaves at different flowering nodes in the high-yield adzuki bean variety "Bao 200112-20",and low-yield varieties "Baihong 5" and "Suhong 02-11" adopted in the summer planting region. Then the changes of photosynthetic characteristics at the late growth stage were explored. [Result] After flowering,as the leaves aged,the net photosynthetic rate (Pn),transpiration rate (Tr),stomata con- ductance (Gs) and water use efficiency (WUE) gradually decreased,while intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) increased. The Photosynthetic characteristics of different leaf nodes declined slowly from top to bottom at the same time. The results of correlation analysis showed that yield was significantly positively correlated with the average Pn. There was a significant correlation between Tr,Gs and Pn,and Ci was significantly negatively correlated with Pn. [Conclusion] The photosynthetic capacity in leaves of high-yield adzuki bean cultivars was significantly higher than that of low-yield adzuki bean cultivars.
