儿童注意缺陷障碍伴多动症与感觉统合失调关系的探讨 被引量:18

摘要 【目的】 分析学龄儿童感觉统合失调和注意缺陷障碍伴多动 (ADHD)的关系。 【方法】 对太原市城区 16 6 7名学龄儿童进行感觉统合失调和ADHD方面的心理卫生调查。 【结果】 感觉统合失调儿童ADHD发生率 (7.6 7% )明显高于无感觉统合失调儿童 (0 .6 7% ) ;重度感觉统合失调儿童ADHD发生率 (16 .6 7% )明显高于轻度感觉统合失调的儿童 (4.5 8% ) ;学习成绩越差的ADHD儿童感觉统合失调越严重。 【结论】 感觉统合失调与儿童ADHD密切相关 。 Objective To survey the relation of sensory integrative dysfunction(SID) and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods 1 667 cases of school age children with SID and ADHD in Taiyuan city were studied. Results The incidence of the children with SID (7.67%) was significantly higher than that of the children without SID (0.67%). Compared the two groups of severe and mild SID the incidence of ADHD in severe SID(16.67%) was much higher than that in mild (4.58%).The more worse achievement the more serious SID with ADHD. Conclusions SID related closely to ADHD,which would provide a new way for diagnosis and therapy of ADHD.
