羚蝎胶囊对急性中小量脑出血患者血浆内皮素及降钙素基因相关肽的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的 :观察羚蝎胶囊对急性中小量脑出血患者血浆内皮素 (ET)、降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)的影响。方法 :羚蝎胶囊组 31例和西医对照组 32例均为急性脑出血患者 ,2组基础疗法相同 ,羚蝎胶囊组加用羚蝎胶囊 ,比较 2组治疗后血浆 ET、CGRP水平的变化。结果 :羚蝎胶囊组治疗后第 1周、第 2周、第 3周血浆 ET均低于西医对照组 (P均 <0 .0 0 1) ,治疗后第 2周血浆 CGRP高于西医对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :羚蝎胶囊通过调节脑出血患者血浆 ET。 Objective:To observe the influences of antelope horn and scorpion capsule (AHSC) on level of plasma endothelin (ET) and calcitonin generelated peptide (CGRP) in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage (ACH) of small or moderate volume.Methods:Thirtyone cases (treatment group) and other thirtytwo cases (control group) with ACH were treated with the same basic therapy,but treatment group combined with AHSC taken orally or nasally,the changes in plasma levels of ET and CGRP in two groups were compared. Results: The plasma ET in treatment group was lower obviously than that in control group in the first,the second,and the third week (all P <0 001).Moreover,in treatment group,level of plasma CGRP was higher than that in control group in the second week after treatment ( P <0 01).Conclusions:AHSC is able to improve the prognosis of patients with ACH by means of regulating the levels of plasma ET and CGRP.
