rhC5a对外周血单个核细胞PKC活性的影响

摘要 目的 :观察外周血单个核细胞 (PBMC)在rhC5a诱导后蛋白激酶C(PKC)活性变化及其特点。方法 :将PBMC与rhC5a置体积分数为 0 .0 5的CO2 中 37℃孵育 ,按一定时间间隔收集细胞 ,然后测定PKC活性。结果 :PBMC经rhC5a诱导后PKC活性呈双峰型增高。结论 Objective The purpose of the study was to observe the shift of activity of protein kinase C(PKC) in peripherial blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) induced by rhC5a and its feature.Method PBMCs were incubated with rhC5a in 5% CO 2 at 37?℃ in regular time interval.Cells were subsequently collected and PKC activity was determined.Result PKC activity in PBMC induced by rhC5a increased with a fashion of double peak.Conclusion The process of intracelluar signal transduction in C5a was associated with the activition of PKC.
