瑞舒伐他汀对老年原发性高血压患者超敏C反应蛋白和细胞间黏附分子-1的影响 被引量:12

Effect of rosuvastatin on serum high-sensitive C-reactive protein and cell adhesion molecules-1 in elderly patients with primary hypertension

摘要 目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀对老年原发性高血压患者超敏c反应蛋白(hs—CRP)和细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)的影响。方法将44例患者随机分为常规治疗组和瑞舒伐他汀组。常规组采用氨氯地平治疗,如血压未达标则加用缬沙坦和比索洛尔至血压达标。治疗组在常规组治疗基础上加用瑞舒伐他汀片10mg/d,连用4周。治疗前、后采用双抗体夹心ABC—ELISA法检测血清hs—CRP和ICAM-1浓度并进行统计学比较。结果与治疗前相比,两组治疗后4周血清hs—CRP和ICAM-1水平显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。治疗后4周,瑞舒伐他汀组的血清hs—CRP和ICAM-1水平比常规治疗组下降更多,差异有统计学意义(分别为t=2.1267,P=-0.0333;产5.7905,P=-0.0000)。结论瑞舒伐他汀等他汀类药物可降低老年原发性高血压患者血清hs—CRP和ICAM-1等促炎性细胞因子的水平,减轻高血压患者的血管内炎症。 Objective To discussion the effect of rosuvastatin on serum high-sensitive C-reactive protein and cell adhesion molecules-1 in elderly patients with primary hypertension. Methods 44 elderly patients with primary hypertension were randomly divided into rosuvastatin group (n=22) and control group (n=22). Patients in control group were treated with amlodipine only or combine with valsartan bisoprolol together in order to control the blood pressure. Patients in rosuvastatin group were treated with rosuvastatin 10 mg/d base on the control group. Before and after rosuvastatin treatment, the serum high-sensitive C-reactive protein and cell adhesion molecules-1 level were measured, which were treated with group comparisons. Results The serum high-sensitive C-reactive protein and cell adhesion molecules-1 level both in control group and rosuvastatin group were decreased statistical- ly after drug treatment. Compared with the control group, the serum high-sensitive C-reactive protein and cell ad- hesion molecules-1 level in rosuvastatin group were lower than control group after 4 weeks treatment (t=2.1267, P=0.0333 and t=5.7905 ,P=0.0000). Conclusion Rosuvastatin can decrease the serum proinflammatory cytokines level such as high-sensitive C-reactive protein and cell adhesion molecules-I, and ease the intravascular inflamma- tion in patients with hypertension.
