化痰通腑法治疗中风病痰热腑实证的源流及发展(二)——化痰通腑法治疗后的不同证候演变及疾病转归与治疗

总结中风病痰热腑实证经化痰通腑治疗后出现的证候演变、相应治疗及预后转归。发现不同体质、不同发病原因及机制导致中风病并见痰热腑实证者,经治疗后,可有腑气通畅、痰热消减,腑实暂除但腑气未通或痰热未减,及腑气不通、痰热风火炽盛等不同的证候演变,临床结局各不相同。表明痰热腑实证的形成源于中风病气机逆乱、痰热内蕴中焦、升降失常的共性病机,腑气通畅及痰热消减与否,与疾病向愈、病势顺逆密切相关。

The evolution, prognosis and treatment of syndrome of phlegm heat and bowel excess of stroke after applying therapy of resolving phlegm and relaxing bowels were summed up. The patients with different physiques, causes and pathogeneses will have different syndrome evolution and prognosis including freeing of bowels qi, reducing of phlegm heat, temporary resolving of bowel excess without freeing of bowels qi or without reducing of phlegm heat, and bowel qi obstruction with intense phlegm-heat and wind-fire. The authors indicate that syndrome of phlegm heat and bowel excess derives from the same pathogeneses of stroke including qi movement disorder, phlegm-heat retained in middle energizer and disorder of upbearing and downbearing.
