调神针刺法治疗过敏性鼻炎的随机对照临床研究

Randomized controlled clinical study on treatment of allergic rhinitis with needling therapy of regulating mind

目的评价调神针刺法治疗持续性过敏性鼻炎(AR)的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的研究对象随机分为治疗组、对照组。治疗组20例按研究方案的既定穴方、针刺方法进行治疗,每周治疗3次,对照组16例给予每日口服西替利嗪,每日1次。共治疗4周1个疗程,观察鼻部主要症状总分(TNSS)。结果组内比较治疗组与对照组分别从第3周与第1周开始,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后TNSS积分均比基线有所下降(P<0.05),治疗组鼻部主要症状改善的总体效果与对照组相似(P>0.05)。结论调神针刺方法是治疗AR的有效手段。

Objective To review the curative effect of needling therapy of regulating mind on persistent allergic rhinitis （AR）. Methods The eligible subjects were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group （n=20） was treated according to set acupoints and needling methods in established plan three times a week for 4 weeks, and control group （tt=16） was treated with oral cetirizine once a day for 4 weeks. The total nasal symptom score （TNSS） was observed. Results The comparison within the same group showed the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05） from the 3rd week in treatment group and the 1st in control group. The average baseline of TNSS decreased in two groups after treatment （P〈0.05）. The total effect of relieving nasal main symptoms in treatment group was similar to that in control group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The needling therapy of regulating mind is an effective therapy for treating AR.
