摘要
目的 :通过动物低氧实验 ,检测有关血清酶的活性变化 ,观察EPO、睾酮、皮质醇对低氧小鼠血清酶活性的影响 ;方法 :应用低压舱小鼠实验 (42 .6kPa,2 2h/d) ,同时每天分别注射促红细胞生成素 (EPO ,ip ,2 0 0u/kg·d)、睾酮 (im ,2 .5mg/d)、皮质醇 (sc ,0 .5mg/d) ,观察对低氧小鼠血清酶 (CKase、CK -MBase、HBDHase、LDHase)活性的影响 ;结果 :对不同条件小鼠的血清酶活性测试结果表明 ,持续重度低氧对小鼠的心肌产生损伤作用 ;在小鼠低氧期间注射EPO明显减轻低氧对心肌的损伤 ;结论 :EPO对低氧动物心肌具有保护作用。
Objective:To study inhibited effects of erythropoietin (EPO) on serum enzyme activity in hypoxia-induced mices.Methods:The experimental mices in hypobaric chamber were used to observe changes of level of CKase,CK-MBase,HBDHase and LDHase by administing EPO(ip 200u/kg·d)testosterone (im 2.5mg/d) and cortisol (sc 0.5mg/d) respectively.Results:A remarkable harmful effect was occurred in myocardium of mices with hypoxic stress continually but the EPO could resistant the harmful on myocardium of hypoxia-induced mices.
